AIM aligns to UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) and benchmarks our properties against Key Performance Indicators organized around environmental practices, social impact, sound governance with financial returns (ESGF)
TRACKED, BENCHMARKED, REPORTED
All Alta Capital Real Estate hospitality assets are mapped to this framework. Data submissions are tracked and reported via the Greenview Portal, a GSTC system recognized sustainability software with ongoing independent monitoring and benchmarking of performance. All assets utilize the Cornell Hotel Sustainability Benchmarking Index (CHSB).
