AIM aligns to UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) and benchmarks our properties against Key Performance Indicators organized around environmental practices, social impact, sound governance with financial returns (ESGF)

THIRD PARTY VERIFIED

All Alta Capital Real Estate hospitality assets are benchmarked to this framework. Data submissions are tracked, verified and reported by Greenview, an independent sustainability consultant that is recognized by GSTC and utilises the Cornell Hotel Sustainability Benchmarking Index (CHSB).
