Amber is an Executive Director at DMS Governance Ltd. (DMS) and an independent director on the boards of various hedge and alternative investment funds.
Previously, she worked at Deloitte on the alternative investment industry, managing the execution of all areas of hedge fund and banking audits.
Amber qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University where she served as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business, School of Accountancy.
